How to Cancel Stripchat Ultimate
- Log in to Stripchat.
- Open your profile or account settings and find your Ultimate membership.
- Choose the option to cancel or stop renewal, and confirm.
- Screenshot the confirmation. Ultimate features usually stay active until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
How to Turn Off Auto-Refill
- Go to your account’s token or payment settings.
- Find the auto-refill (automatic top-up) option.
- Switch it off and save.
Do this before your first purchase if you only want one-off token buys.
How to Close Your Account
- Cancel Ultimate and switch off auto-refill first.
- Remove any saved card from your payment settings if the option is there.
- Use the account deletion option in settings, or contact Stripchat support and ask for your account and data to be deleted.
Unused tokens are unlikely to be refunded when you close an account, so spend or accept the loss of any balance first.
