ImLive has no monthly subscription, so there’s nothing to “cancel” in the usual sense. If you’re done with it, what you actually want is to close the account, make sure no card is left on file and use or write off any credits first. Here’s how to do it properly.
This site is for adults aged 18 and over. This article contains no explicit content.
Quick Answer
- Log in at imlive.com on a browser.
- Click your username and open Account Preferences.
- Scroll to Your account and choose Close account.
- Pick a reason, click Continue, then confirm.
- You’ll be logged out with a message that your account details have been deleted.
Menu names are based on published guides and can change. If you can’t find the option, contact ImLive support from the Help section and ask them to close the account.
Before You Close Your Account
Use or accept losing your credits
Closing the account ends access to any credits you still hold, and ImLive is reported not to offer a money-back guarantee. Credits are also reported to expire about 30 days after purchase, so unused credits may already be gone. Check your balance first.
Check for saved payment details
Look through your account’s billing or payment settings and remove any saved card if the option is there. If you can’t find one, ask support to remove stored payment details when you request closure.
Look for repeat charges on your statement
Because ImLive sells credit packs rather than a subscription, you shouldn’t see regular charges. If you do, check whether you agreed to an automatic top-up. Charges usually appear under a neutral payment processor name, such as CCBill or Segpay, rather than ImLive. Our guide to what adult sites look like on your bank statement helps you match them up.
Closing Your Account by Email
Older guides also mention emailing ImLive support to ask for account deletion. If you go this route:
- Send it from the email address on the account.
- Use a clear subject like “Request to close my account and delete my data”.
- Include your username, but never your password or full card number.
- Keep the reply as proof.
Can You Get Your Personal Data Deleted?
ImLive is run by IML S.L.U. in Andorra. When you close the account, ask support to confirm that your personal details, chat history and stored payment information have been deleted, not just hidden. Some records may be kept for a period for legal or fraud-prevention reasons, which is normal.
What If You Were Charged Unexpectedly?
- Contact ImLive support first, with the date and amount of the charge.
- If that doesn’t resolve it, contact your bank or card issuer about the charge.
- Read our guide on how to get a refund from an adult site for the best way to word your request.
Want a Break Instead of Deleting?
Since there’s no subscription, simply not buying more credits costs you nothing. Keeping the free account lets you come back without signing up again. Closing it makes sense if you want your details removed or you’re worried someone else could log in.
Thinking of Switching?
If ImLive’s credit prices were the problem, compare it with a site that offers a monthly option instead. See ImLive vs Jerkmate and how much Jerkmate costs.
